CEO Onboarding

Bi-Annual Off-Site Training
Every six months, the entire team gathers at an off-site location for one to two days. The CEO leads sessions on company goals, strategy, and where Tectonix is heading — keeping everyone aligned and energized.
Education Reimbursement
We believe education makes better detailers. Tectonix contributes toward student loans, works around school schedules, and covers coursework that advances your skills in structural steel, engineering, and design.
Utah Valley University Partnership
