Project Scope
Refrigerated distribution facility with insulated metal panel system — structural framing, dock canopies, vestibule steel, and high-pile storage rack anchorage coordination.
Key Challenge
Rack anchorage coordination with structural floor slab design
Storage rack suppliers required specific anchor zones embedded in the post-tensioned slab — a late addition to the project scope. Tectonix coordinated the anchor layouts between the rack vendor, structural engineer, and concrete contractor, preventing schedule-impacting slab conflicts.
