Project Scope
Five retail and restaurant pad buildings — single-story rigid frames, canopy steel, miscellaneous metals including ornamental and railing packages.
Key Challenge
Parallel shop packages for five simultaneous pads
All five pads had overlapping fabrication schedules with a single erector. Our two-shift model let us advance three pad packages during U.S. hours while the Philippines team scrubbed and dimensioned the remaining drawings overnight, compressing the overall schedule by nearly three weeks.
