Full structural steel detailing for a tilt-up distribution facility — columns, primary rigid frames, secondary framing, mezzanine, and dock canopies.
Key Challenge
Complex mezzanine tie-in with precast tilt-up panels
Coordinating the steel mezzanine framing with an ongoing precast erection schedule required tight embed scheduling and real-time RFI management. Our U.S. PM held weekly standing calls with the GC to keep both trades synchronized.
