Multi-Level Parking Structure
Hero image is representative of project type. Actual project photos available upon request.
Project Scope
Six-level precast-hybrid parking structure with structural steel framing for stair cores, elevator shafts, canopy entries, and façade screen panels.
Key Challenge
High-volume repetitive framing with tight tolerance requirements
Parking structures are deceptively complex — repetitive geometry still demands precise camber, connection, and bearing tolerances to avoid costly erection corrections. Our quality procedures flagged four camber discrepancies in the pre-fabrication review cycle, saving the fabricator three weeks of remediation.
