Not every project has the same requirements. Tectonix supports hybrid project delivery — U.S.-based project management, communication, coordination, and quality oversight supported by scalable production resources. When project requirements, security restrictions, contract specifications, or client preferences require work performed entirely within the United States, Tectonix can evaluate a fully U.S.-based execution plan. The correct delivery model is determined and confirmed during the project review process.

Field presence is particularly valuable on renovation, retrofit, expansion, and existing-structure projects — where the gap between as-built conditions and the available record documents creates the greatest detailing risk.

Project and Scope Review
We review your drawings, specifications, addenda, and schedule to define scope, identify missing information, and document assumptions before modeling begins.
Delivery Plan and Leadership Assignment
A named project manager is assigned. Delivery model, milestones, release sequence, and communication cadence are confirmed with your team.
Modeling and Coordination
The 3D Tekla model is built to your connection standards, coordinated with architectural, joist, deck, and MEP systems. Conflicts are documented and resolved proactively.
Progress Communication
Regular progress reports keep your team informed — what was completed, what is in progress, what decisions are needed, and what risks are on the horizon.
Quality-Control Review
Drawings are reviewed against your shop standards and the structural documents before submission. Fabrication-impacting issues are corrected before they reach the floor.
Submission and Revision Management
Approval packages are organized and tracked. Approval comments, RFIs, and revisions are incorporated and documented. Superseded drawings are identified.
Final Fabrication Deliverables
Shop drawings, CNC and DSTV files, bill of material, erection drawings, and BIM files are delivered in the sequence your production floor and erection schedule require.
